Thank you so much for stopping by the site!
My goal is to provide you with hope, compassion, and curiosity not just for those around you, but most importantly for yourself. Therapy is your space, your time, and your commitment and I will honor however you walk into the door. Whether you are a child, a parent, an adult, a teen, or a family unit, you can find acceptance and support at my office.
I understand that stating therapy can be intimidating or even scary, and at the same time, it is such a beautiful place of vulnerability, growth, and change that a little apprehension is very normal, especially if you are seeking support for your child. To help ease some tension and some fears, I offer each potential client a phone consultation so that the process is not such a mystery.
My role is to be there to support and come alongside you. We become a team and collaborative system to find, create, and explore solutions; process and address concerns; and practice and encourage growth and healing. Together, we venture along the path and find the beauty and the pain in a way that is unique to each person. Therapy is not a one size or modality fits all, My approach is to find a way of connecting with each client and tailoring the therapeutic journey to best fit the needs and goals of the client. Therapy should be a unique and personalized process.
I hope that we can partner together on whatever journey you are beginning. I look forward to talking with you.
