Insurance
APTC is a fee for service provider and is not on any insurance panels. APTC is considered an Out of Network Provider and does not accept insurance. However, I will be happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork that you will need to file with your own insurance company.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I do not communicate directly with insurance companies therefore, it may be helpful for you to ask your insurance provider the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What are my mental health benefits?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
  • How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment Methods

Cash, check, PayPal Payments and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment and services must be PAID IN FULL at the time of session.

All PayPal and credit card transactions have a processing fee and will be added to the session charge.

Sliding Scale

For those who cannot afford the full cost of a therapy session, I have a few spots on my caseload open for those coming from Open Path. If you feel like you may qualify, go to https://openpathcollective.org/clinicians/lauren-holland/ to become a member. You can request an appointment through this link.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified APTC at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Individuals with Medicaid/Peachcare
I do not accept Medicaid/Peachcare. Those who are interested in receiving Medicaid funded services can find those treatment options at community mental health centers such as CHRIS 180, Odyssey Family Counseling Center, or contact Medicaid for a list of providers.
